Does the alarm work during a power cut?
Yes. The panels we install have a backup battery. The quote states how many hours the system keeps running without mains power.
How do I avoid false alarms?
Most false alarms come from badly placed sensors — aimed at windows, air conditioning or where pets walk. We handle placement during the survey and fine-tune sensitivity after a few days of real use.
Will I be alerted on my phone?
Yes, we configure phone notifications. If you want a monitoring centre with a physical response, we set out the technical requirements.
Can one business have separate zones?
Yes. We split the system into zones, so you can arm the warehouse while the office is still working.
Can the alarm be integrated with the cameras?
It can. Integration links each activation to the footage from that moment, which cuts the time spent searching recordings.
Do you maintain the system?
